[Ventrilo] Added a subcommand 'chan' that displays all online vent users per channel.

[UserGroups] New module that enable users to create their own groups of players. use !usergroups (or !ug) for per-user groups and !guildgroups (or !gg) for guild-wide groups.
For now, you can create and manage groups and add/remove players with comments. I plan to create group class with extended functions to make those groups useful.

Bot relocation:
The bot has been moved to a server accessible from the Internet. Superadmin can now access the bot files, database, and external comm port for whatever purpose.

[Dev] SVN support for developers! Soon an update command on the bot.

[Translator] I added a translator feature to the bot accessible with !translate (or the alias !t)
By default, it translates to English:
!translate fr Je suis à la piscine
!t it Sono alla piscina
!t pl zajebac

It can also translate from any source to any destination:
!t -to fr it Sono alla piscina
(this will translate the italian 'Sono alla piscina' into french 'Je suis à la piscine)

A list of available language codes is available through !translate -codes

utf8 input seems to work (french diacritics for example). Russian (cyrillic) is not yet supported. I need to find the correct encoding (probably CP866).

Bot moved to full utf-8 support.
[Translator] Now works with Russian language (cyrillic)

As a result, we can now use russian translations, add russians as members, add russians to usergroups, filter global, etc.

[Translator] I think something is broken, maybe the relay host I use to connect Google.

[Template] New module added. We can now keep track of our feat templates on the bot and even share them to guildies.
It relies on the template code Funcom introduced, that long hexadecimal number we get from the online feat planner and when exporting our template in the game.

To add a template:
!template add <code> <name>
example: !template 11f61a8461ae861b4c61cd8 A test DT template

To view the templates, share them, or delete them, use the interface with:
!template

Keep in mind that all the templates you add are private by default, which means only you can see them. If you want to share them, use the interface and click the corresponding button to show your template management.

Currently working on helper bots to increase the virtual capacity of members.
